The Barn
We provide tables and wooden Chiavari chairs to accommodate 175 people. There is a large bar area just off the main room that has beautiful country views and comfortable seating for you and your guests to enjoy.
Our dance floor is located underneath the chandelier, right in the center of the barn.
We have a great buffet set up with dessert bar, and a kitchen prep room right next to it for easy access for your caterers. Our luxury, climate-controlled grooms' space is absolutely stunning with tons of natural light. Our loft is designated for your DJ or band! And we now have fully ADA accessible, climate-controlled bathrooms!
Outdoor Spaces
There is a beautiful yard area for your outdoor ceremony in close
proximity to the barn, plenty of space for yard games, and a fire pit for those late-night bonfires!
We also have a large deck attached to the barn that is great for
cocktail hour and a comfortable patio space for lounging with friends.

The Farmhouse
We are so excited to be able to offer our onsite Farmhouse for our 2026 couples! The house will be included as bridal suite space for the morning of your wedding. It will be fully furnished and stocked so that you can enjoy a nice breakfast and coffee on your wedding day with all your girls. The house can also accommodate up to 9 guests if you choose to add on overnight stays to your wedding package!

Included with every Wedding & Reception:
​- Two-day rental (set-up and rehearsal the day before event from 1-6pm)
​- Ample on-site parking
- Rental time of 9 AM to 10 PM (10PM-11PM for cleanup)
- Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
- Staff on site during events to keep things running smoothly
-Access to the farmhouse the morning of your wedding at 9am for the bridal party
-Private grooms' quarters in the barn
-Our LARGE inventory of various decorations (no, we do not charge extra for this!)

Requirements:
- A licensed caterer (we have a list of preferred caterers that we can recommend)
- A licensed bartender from our list if you plan to have alcohol (must be an open bar)
- Two-day 1M insurance policy purchased by the couple (approx. cost $130)
- $1500 non-refundable payment to hold your date (payment comes out of total rental price)
- $300 damage deposit that will be returned as long as nothing is damaged
