Included with every event:
- Two day rental (set-up and rehearsal the day before event)
- Ample on-site parking
- Rental time of 9 AM to 10 PM (10PM-11PM for cleanup)
- Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
- Staff on site during event for transitioning from wedding to reception, help with parking and trash removal
- Luxury bathroom trailer and handicap portable restroom rentals

- A licensed caterer (we have a list of preferred caterers that we can recommend)
- A licensed bartender from our list (must be an open bar)
- Two-day 1M insurance policy purchased by the couple (approx. cost $180)
- $1000 non-refundable payment to hold your date (payment comes out of total rental price)
- $300 damage deposit that will be returned as long as nothing is damaged
Wedding and Reception:
We are a seasonal wedding venue, so our available dates begin in May and go through the end of October. A wedding and reception can be done on either a Friday or Saturday (the day before your
event is included as well, we only do one wedding per weekend)
We are CLOSED on Sundays
We are currently booking for 2022 and 2023!

Graduation Open Houses/Corporate Events:
We can do a dinner or event during the week (Tuesday-Thursday) or on a
weekend if we don't have a wedding booked.
